About Cushion & Quiet

Cushion & Quiet began with a simple observation: most of us spend a lot of the day sitting, and most of that sitting is not especially comfortable. Dining chairs are too firm. Sofa backs sag. Patio chairs turn hard the moment the sun comes out.

So we built a small shop around the seats people actually use. Our back cushions are oversized and curved, designed to cover more of your back and gently discourage slouching. Inside, a soft gel memory foam layer sits over a firmer supportive foam, giving you softness where you want it and structure where you need it.

The velvet covers are removable and machine washable, because a cushion you can't clean is a cushion you stop using. A non-slip base keeps everything in place, even through a long movie or an afternoon of reading by the window.

For outdoor seating, we carry round seat pads in a set of two. They're water-resistant, tie to the chair to reduce sliding, and fit most round bistro, patio, and dining chairs. A little padding goes a long way on a metal or wooden seat.

We keep the collection intentionally small. Four products, each chosen because it solves a real sitting problem, with clear details so you know what you're getting before it arrives.
